In going through a trunk that belonged to my brother Mike I found a lot of newspaper clippings, postcards, and other souvenirs collected by my family. Some are completely new to me. Some I had not seen in decades. All I would like to share with you.

John M. Slaton
The honorable John M. Slaton was the 60th Governor of the state of Georgia. He is most remembered for commuting the sentence of Leo Frank from death to life imprisonment. He is buried in Oakland Cemetery in Atlanta, GA.
